The fastest way to reach us
ToolPixi is a small, independently-run project, and we are currently setting up our public email with the project's domain. Until that inbox opens, the best way to reach the team is to note the tool page and what happened — email will be published right here as soon as it is live.
What helps us most
- A tool that failed: tell us which tool, what file or input you used (never send private documents), and what went wrong.
- A tool you wish existed: describe the job in one sentence — "shrink a signature scan to 20KB" is perfect.
- Something unclear: if a page confused you, that is a bug in our writing, and we want to fix it.
Please note
Because every tool runs on your device, we cannot recover files for you — we never had them. Keep your originals until you have checked the result. For the same reason, support questions are easiest to answer when you include your device, browser, and the exact steps you took.
